What is Thai Yoga Massage?
 
  
Thai Yoga massage, gives you a really good stretch and thorough workout without the effort.  It can iron out the kinks in your body.  If you're feeling tired, washed out and stressed, it can re-energise and revive you.  If you love a good deep massage that really gets to the parts others can’t reach, then you'll love Thai Yoga Massage!
 
 An ancient holistic Thai healing system performed fully clothed on a comfortable futon on the floor.  It comprises of shiatsu-like pressure points together with applied stretches, twists and (if appropriate) inversions harmonized into a rhythmic soothing flow. 
 
Originally performed by buddist monks, it has been described as a ‘meditation in movement’, ‘lazy mans Yoga’  and ‘the application of loving kindness’.   Thai Yoga Massage can help to re-align, remove tension and improve flexibility and energy levels.
 
A full massage will take up to 2 hours, and is recommended for maximum benefits.  If however, your schedule and/or budget doesn't allow for that, the massage can be adapted down to as little as 15 minutes for a quick kneck and shoulder release for example.   It's all about meeting your needs.
 
Your massage should leave you feeling deeply relaxed yet energised and free of tension....... Some clients have claimed they felt like they had a ‘new body’!
